We use only whole wheat atta for our rotis, no addition of maida or corn flour. Ragi/Jowar/Bajra is added to give you an addition of calcium, iron, fibre.
Buttermilk is included in the meals as a pro-biotic so it facilitates digestion.
We give an option to select White/Brown rice depending on what you like. Brown rice gives you High Fibre content and has Low Glycemic Index.
We use only rice bran oil or olive oil. We DONT use vanaspati/ margarine/ palmolein as they are transfats.
The combination of cereals & pulses makes protein higher in biological value, which makes protein more easily absorbed in your body.
