Not available on a particular day(s) and want to cancel the meal(s), here is a very easy way to do it:
Self-Cancellation on Website
(Lunch can be cancelled before 5 am and dinner before 1 pm on same day)
- You can cancel the meal by logging into your account and opening this Page. Your active meal subscription along with dates will be visible.
- You can click on the date(s) on which you would want to cancel the meal(s).
- These cancelled meals will be Auto Carry Forwarded.
- Lunch can be cancelled On or before 5 am for the same day and Dinner can be cancelled On or Before 1 pm for the same day using this method.
Cancellation by Sending Whatsapp/SMS
(Lunch can be cancelled before 8 pm a day Prior and dinner before 1 pm on same day)
- You can also cancel the meal by sending us a Whatsapp/SMS on our registered numbers 9819932741/9819932751.
- Please message your Name Surname, order number and the date(s) to cancel the meals.
- However, by this method Lunch can only be cancelled On or Before 8pm a Day Prior and dinner can only be cancelled on the same day On or Before 1 pm. For E.g. Lunch for 31st January 2020 can only be cancelled by sending SMS/Whatsapp before 8 pm on 30th January 2020.
- These cancelled meals will be Auto Carry Forwarded.
- No Cancellation messages post the timings given above will be done. You can do it by Self-Cancellation on the Website after these timings.
